Coping with suffering to prevent disease from spreading

It is normal for people to face difficult times, both physical and mental, at some

point in their lives. Whether we like it or not, suffering is a part of human life.

Experiencing various difficulties that arise can change the way of thinking and new

perspectives. Walt Disney said, “All suffering Every problem and obstacle that I

have ever faced in my life. Make me stronger... You may not realize it when it

happens, but painful disappointment might be the best thing this world has to offer

 you.”

What is the suffering that occurs in life?

Suffering is a difficult or unpleasant event that affects the psyche ,Severe

emotions and feelings. such as experiencing a disaster Loss of a loved one Loss of

property, loss of job, serious illness, divorce, etc. When faced with these various

difficult events, people are unable to use traditional ways of managing or solving

problems effectively. Resulting in severe stress and distress. Over a long period of

time, it may increase the risk of developing physical diseases such as heart

disease or escaping problems to commit suicide.

The main factors that cause suffering are:

- Psychological aspects are social, cultural, relational, economic, etc.

- Biological, such as illnesses that occur

Way out of suffering

1. Accept that we are suffering: This is the first thing that must be done because

when we know suffering, we will be able to find the cause of suffering and find the

right way to solve that suffering.

2. Vent out your sorrows with a close friend, trusted person or elderly relative. In

order to get good ideas come and end the suffering in your heart. At the very least,

releasing things that are holding you back will help your mind feel more at ease.

3. Distract yourself from suffering with fun activities to separate yourself from things

that make you feel miserable, such as making art, planting trees, doing volunteer

 work, etc.

4. Have fun hanging out with friends. Anyone who invites you to go anywhere, try to

go. Put yourself in a fun social circle so that your mind can relax somewhat from

 suffering.

5. Meditate to calm a distracted mind. Bring your mind back to reflect on the cause

of your suffering. Then we may know how to manage that suffering with our

 wisdom.

6.Exercise: Move your body to sweat and trigger endorphins. Happiness hormones

come out to soothe the heart a bit. Then we will be able to cope with suffering.

 7. Hug, massage, or be touched by someone: Scientists say that suffering is cured

by someone's touch. Whether it's by hugging, holding hands, caressing with

comfort. These things help the body release oxytocin, the happy hormone. It can

also help reduce stress hormones like cortisol.

8. Write a diary to express the sorrows in your heart. In the event that you are

unable to express your suffering to anyone, pen and paper will be your true friends

 to absorb your own suffering.

9.Forgive others: This is especially true if your distress stems from anger,

disappointment, or resentment towards someone. Letting go of anger and hate can

help release suffering from your heart simply by forgiving them.

10.Consult a psychiatrist to receive the right treatment for your suffering that suits

your needs. Especially if you feel that your heart is suffering so much that you

 cannot end the suffering yourself.
