- Not eating all 5 food groups

Eating a complete diet of all 5 food groups with complete nutrients is important for important processes in the body. When the body does not receive enough calories and nutrients, fat and muscles will be used for energy. Therefore, the body needs essential nutrients such as lean protein, eggs, fish, vegetables, and fresh fruits.

- Malnutrition

Vitamin and mineral deficiency (vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, D, iron and magnesium) is one of the main causes of unexplained fatigue. More than 50% of the world's population is affected by vitamin D deficiency and approximately 12.5% have iron deficiency anemia. Which is necessary for metabolism and oxygen transport will deteriorate with increasing age. Feeling tired and weak is one symptom of malnutrition.

- Consuming too much caffeine

Drinking too much coffee or other caffeinated beverages can disrupt your sleep cycle and make it difficult to fall asleep. Feeling anxious at night wake up at night and sleepy during the day. You should reduce your caffeine intake and evaluate whether you sleep better and feel more refreshed after waking up.
