- Running is economical exercise - we can run anywhere, as long as we have the right shoes and we can run. 

- Running helps burn fat well - Exercise by running for 45 minutes. In addition to burning fat during running, When you stop running The body will burn fat for another 14 hours if we run regularly at least 3-5 days a week. It will help your body to be fit and firm without difficulty at all.

- Running reduces blood clots - Regular exercise can help reduce cholesterol or fat levels in the blood. 

-Running helps prevent cardiovascular disease - Running stimulates the work of the blood pumping system.

-Running reduces blood pressure - Running is a cardio exercise. That is, it focuses on stimulating the work of the heart and blood vessels.

-Helps stimulate brain function, reducing the risk of Alzheimer's - Exercise by running stimulates the heart and pumps blood well. Helps blood and oxygen flow in the brain more fully.

For beginners Here's a proper weekly workout schedule.

Day 1 : Strengthen your body for 20 minutes.

Day 2 : Light jog 20 minutes.

Day 3 : Rest day

Day 4 : Cross-Training (exercise with activities other than running) 30 minutes

Day 5 : Run with light intensity for 30 minutes.

Day 6 : Rest day

Day 7 : 45 minutes of slow jogging.
