For beginners Here's a proper weekly workout schedule.

Day 1 : Strengthen your body for 20 minutes.

Day 2 : Light jog 20 minutes.

Day 3 : Rest day

Day 4 : Cross-Training (exercise with activities other than running) 30 minutes

Day 5 : Run with light intensity for 30 minutes.

Day 6 : Rest day

Day 7 : 45 minutes of slow jogging.
