14 ways to prevent Allergic Rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis will cause chronic inflammation of the nasal tissue. When the body's

 immune system reacts to allergens in the air such as dust mites, cockroaches, dog,

 cat dandruff, mold, etc.

Prevention of Allergic rhinitis

 1. You should get at least 500 - 1,000 milligrams of vitamin C or fruits and

 vegetables that contain vitamin C per day to help boost your immune system.

 2.Get enough sleep. You should sleep at least 8 hours a day.

 3.Reduce stress levels because accumulated stress can cause allergies as well.

 4. Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes a day, about 3 times a week. It helps to

 maintain good health and strengthen the immune system.

5.Houses and residences should be kept open and clean. Especially in the

 bedroom, there should be as much furniture as necessary. There are cabinets

 used to neatly store various appliances.

6.You should use home decoration materials made from plastic, metal, leather, tiles,

 or wood. Should avoid using materials made from Wool or thick cloth, especially

 carpet

7. The bedroom should be cleaned regularly to remove dust and dolls should not be

 brought into the bedroom.

8.If using an air purifier, you should choose an air purifier with a HEPA FILTER and

 change the filter at the specified interval.

9.Animals with fur of any kind should not be kept at home, such as dogs, cats,

 chickens, birds, etc.

10. If you have a pet with fur, do not allow the pet into the house or bedroom and

 bathe the pet at least 2 times/week.

11.Before going to bed, you should shower and wash your hair to get rid of dander,
