Some people stay up late because of side effects of certain diseases or conditions. Some people stay up late because they do various activities until late at night. All causes have a negative effect on their health. You should quickly change your sleeping habits so as not to harm your health even more than before.

Sleeping late has many negative effects on the body, such as:
