Symptoms of heatstroke

How to protect yourself from heatstroke

1. Avoid doing outdoor activities or being in extremely hot weather.

2.Wearing light-colored, lightweight clothing can protect you from the sun.

3.Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water per day to hydrate and lower your body temperature.

4. Avoid drinking alcohol, tea, coffee, and sugary drinks.

5. Never leave children, elderly people, or pets in a car parked outdoors. The heat inside the car greatly increases the risk of disease.
