 Chronic non-communicable diseases are not caused by germs and cannot be spread from person to person, but are diseases caused by habits or careless lifestyle behaviors that accumulate over time, which will affect the development of the disease.   The frequency of chronic health checkups depends on the existing condition. In general, chronic health screenings should be performed at least once a year or more often as recommended by your doctor.

- Recommend lifestyle changes that are suitable for different people. according to individual risk factors such as gender, age, and occupation

-Change your diet by emphasizing nutritious foods from all 5 food groups, vegetables and fruits, and avoiding extremely sweet, salty, oily, and grilled foods.

- Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes/time, 5 times a week.

- Refrain from drinking alcohol or smoking.

-Get enough rest and don't be too stressed.

- Take medicine as prescribed by the doctor. Do not buy medicine to take yourself without consulting a doctor.

-Regular annual health examinations. It will help you find the disease and provide timely treatment. Including protection against risks that will occur in the future.
